Everybody knows stories of Kodak, Xerox, Thomas Cook and other great companies that fell victim to new challenges. Recent COVID situation showed us again that we have to be agile and flexible all the time to stay relevant.

Innovation programs are often hampered by unwillingness to change. This is a cultural shift anyways. Explanation, education, communication often helps to overcome cultural barriers.
